I cannot thank the team enough for everything they did for my family. During the most difficult time of our lives they showed nothing but kindness, compassion and professionalism. I haven't personally used Brian Thomas Funeral Service, so I can't comment from first hand experience. However, a close friend spoke so highly of the care, compassion and professionalism they received during such a difficult time that I felt they deserved a mention. It sounds like they treated the family with genuine kindness, respect and dignity every step of the way. From everything I've heard, they made an incredibly hard experience a little easier, and that says a great deal. Wishing the team every continued success for the comfort they bring to families in their time of need. I sadly lost my Mam last year and it was her wish not to have a service, but I know I would have 1000% called Lauren and the team at Brian Thomas to have helped if she had wanted a service.

amazing service from the team. unfortunately over the last few years ive lost some of the closet people to me. My father and my mother being within 15 months of eachother. Delyth and the team were with me every single step of the way. one of the biggest things I struggled with was leaving them afterwards but I knew that delyth would look after them and that she did. you know you done a outstanding job when my son (who has autism and struggles with emotions) turns and says to you ,im glad I know that nanny and bampi was looked after by you delyth, that made a huge difference to him trying to process his grief. keep up the fantastic job you are doing , your dad was incredibly proud of you anyways ,however I guarantee that he is up there beaming even more, knowing that even through your own personal grief you are carrying the buisness forward with love and dignity, just he did. thank you x

Their sensitive and considerate guidance brought us immense peace of mind when we needed it most.On the day of the service,Thursday 25th June 2026, every single detail was handled with absolute perfection.The presentation was stunning. The sophisticated, pristine cars provided a beautiful backdrop that made my mother’s bamboo casket and her floral arrangements look incredibly elegant. The funeral director paged to perfection and the team conducted themselves with the utmost dignity and respect, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. We cannot thank them enough for their flawless service and heartfelt support.

What can I say about you guys……..you are all absolutely amazing!! You cared and looked after our beloved Jimmy and the love, compassion, care and support you all showed and gave throughout was next to none. I know whilst Jimmy was with you, he was cared and looked after with love. We honestly cannot thank you all enough for everything you’ve done. You made what was a traumatic and devastating time that bit easier and lighter. You are all that piece of light in the dark and we will forever be grateful for all you have done for Jimmy and us as a family. Lauren has been outstanding throughout, nothing was ever to much and she was always willing to help in any way she could. She’s been phenomenal and she’s a huge credit to you all.
